Gala Event Coordinator (Contract Position)
Position Summary
The Gala Event Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, organization, and oversight for the planning and execution of the annual All Saints Catholic School Gala. This individual serves as the primary coordinator of the event planning process, ensuring that committees, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and school personnel work collaboratively to create a successful fundraising event that supports the mission of All Saints Catholic School.
The Gala Event Coordinator works in partnership with the Gala Co-Chair, who is the school liaison who oversees the school’s daily operations and cash handling procedures, and reports directly to the school principal.
Contract
- Contract Position September-March
- Hours are flexible and vary throughout the planning cycle, with increased time commitment in the months leading up to the Gala.

Technical Support Assistant (Part-Time)
Position Summary
The Technical Support Assistant provides hands-on technology support for All Saints Catholic School by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing classroom and office technology. This position helps ensure that students, faculty, and staff have reliable access to technology that supports teaching, learning, communication, and school events.
Working under the direction of the IT Director, the Technical Support Assistant responds to technology needs throughout the school, assists with preventative maintenance, and provides timely solutions to hardware, software, audiovisual, and classroom technology issues.
Employment Status
- Part-Time Position
- 12–15 hours per week during the school year/when teachers are present
- Flexible summer schedule of approximately 6 hours per week
- Preferred availability when teachers are in session beginning at 7:15 a.m., with flexibility in scheduling based on school needs and mutual agreement.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and educational technology.
- Working knowledge of Windows, ChromeOS, printers, audiovisual systems, and classroom technology.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and server infrastructure.
- Ability to diagnose and solve technology problems efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a school environment is preferred but not required.
The before and after care program at All Saints Catholic School offers wrap-around care for students whose parents’ schedule does not fully align with the school day schedule. Shifts include from 6:00 a.m. until school starts, after school until 6:00 p.m., and non-school days. Cardinal Care is also offered from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. during summer break. Caring individuals interested in overseeing students in their homework, organized play, and free play during one or more of these shifts are encouraged to contact the Cardinal Care Director, and/or submit an application. All employees must be eligible to work in the United States, complete Safe Environment Training, and pass a background check.

All Saints Catholic School is looking for substitute teachers for grades 3K-grade 8, in all subject areas. Substitute teachers are needed mostly for short term assignments to supervise classrooms and carry out lesson plans left by the teacher. We have a dedicated and friendly staff who always helps out wherever there is a need.
 Qualifications:
- A teaching degree and WI license is preferred, but not required.
All employees must be eligible to work in the United States, complete Safe Environment Training, and pass a background check.
