The before and after care program at All Saints Catholic School offers wrap-around care for students whose parents’ schedule does not fully align with the school day schedule. Shifts include from 6:00 a.m. until school starts, after school until 6:00 p.m., and non-school days. Cardinal Care is also offered from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. during summer break. Caring individuals interested in overseeing students in their homework, organized play, and free play during one or more of these shifts are encouraged to contact the Cardinal Care Director, and/or submit an application. All employees must be eligible to work in the United States, complete Safe Environment Training, and pass a background check.

The Business Manager at All Saints Catholic School is responsible for Finance & Human Resources and supports the Advancement & Enrollment committee and the Facilities & Technology committee.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Annual budget
- Tuition rate calculation
- Payroll and related filings
- Invoicing and receivables
- Accounts payable
- Monthly and year-end financials including underlying reconciliations and analysis
- Benefits administration
- Handbook administration including staff/parent/accounting handbooks
- Facilities collaboration and oversight
- Curriculum assessment and procurement
- Stakeholder communications
- Advancement and enrollment support
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Accounting degree or experience
- CPA and/or previous experience with accounting in a school setting is preferred.
